Group basis

For the Brussels Convention of 1970, and subsequent amendments, an agreement was stipulated between hotels and travel agencies which by group means 15 participants and more, but not all hotels join this initiative, some consider it to be 20 participants and even more, fortunately not many, from 25 participants and more. However, with the majority of our selected and verified hotels in Europe we are able to obtain the group price already with a minimum of 10 participants and more.

Long stays

Many hotels in Europe accept and join the initiative to offer further discounts to groups who stay in their hotel for more than 7 nights; it is a significant advantage, in addition to the normal discount which can reach up to 70% of the price, a further discount is well accepted.
In particular, these hotels in Europe are by the sea, in the mountains, by lakes and by spas.

Free organizer

The organizer of the Group, precisely for the work of organizing the trip itself, will receive a completely free stay from Groupstudio, since for this specific commitment he is the one will undertake with the other participants in the trip and with Groupstudio to:

  • be the spokesperson of the Group with Groupstudio
  • collect the shares of all participants in the Group
  • inform them of your stay in the chosen location
  • inform them of all scheduled activities with their respective times
  • send all the participants' data with name, surname, document number, etc
  • send the room distribution of all participants
  • send the payments within the times agreed to Groupstudio
  • receive the documents necessary for the trip
